When Erin came in for her consultation she knew what she wanted: a playful wedding invitation that was equal parts sophisticated and modern. She wanted unexpected details in a mix-and-match style, with texture. She even brought me swatches on the colors she wanted to use: jewel tones of fig, mulberry and asian pear.
The pleated purple ribbon had been in the studio stash for a while, just waiting for the right project. We mixed it with a narrow satin ribbon, kraft paper, and a repeating circle pattern. Hot pink response envelopes add a bright pop of color.
