Non-wedding-industry folks probably don’t know that this is the tippy-top of the peak of the high season for wedding pros. I’ve got too much to do and not nearly enough time in which to do it.
If you’d told me a week ago that I would spend most of this week drawing, painting and redrawing flowers for a November wedding invitation, I would have laughed one of those maniacal, “you’re joking” laughs. And yet, I’ve dedicated no fewer than 15 waking hours (and a few sleepless ones) trying to get these custom beauties just right.
My clients talk about à deux because I look after them. I try to spoil them, deliver on my promises, meet my deadlines and go beyond their expectations.
I look forward to sharing the completed suite on the blog in the fall.
