Last week we shared with you a mix of delicate laser cut stationery. This week we’re taking a look at die cut stationery. Yes, there’s a difference! Dies are specialized molds used to cut material (in our case, paper) using a press and are generally customized to the item they are used to create. So, each shape of all the invitations you see here was cut with it’s own special die. And we think that’s great! Take a look:
As it is with laser cutting, a custom die cut suite takes extra time and energy. If this is something you’re yearning to have, be sure to talk to your stationer about the timeline of creating your invitation suite!
