Brushed with Paint: This has an earthy feel to it. It’s technically colorful, but if you look closer, all the shades are muted. Which is fine, if you like that sort of thing. If you love color, but are worried about overwhelming your guests with too much brightness, I’d use this color scheme. It gives you plenty of opportunity to incorporate colors that have taken a few steps back from “too much”. Does that make sense?
Sun is Up: Has anyone ever had a sunrise wedding? I wonder if that has happened. That would be a fun wedding to attend. Anyways, this sunny color scheme would be great for late summer, almost into autumn. It’s warm, inviting and familiar. Also, I’m no expert, but I’m guessing you’ll be able to find amazing flowers in these colors.
Sidenote: Isn’t it interesting how there can be two very similar colors in a palette, yet the palette is very different? Both of these utilize a shade of orange and pink, but just adding one or two unique colors can change it up so differently.
Well, happy Wednesday!
